  • 唐太宗「温泉銘」の拓本は、1908年にフランスのペリオが敦煌の千仏洞で発見したもので、立碑のわずか5〜6年後の紀年を有する後書きがある貴重なものです。太宗最晩年の書で、筆にうるおいがあり、渾厚雄大な傑作です。

    「晋祠銘」は現存する最古の行書碑で、形に拘泥せず、豪快に筆を駆使した雄大な書ですが、石質が悪いため、よい拓本があまりありません。そこで、高橋蒼石氏に依頼し、数種類の拓本の長所を集めて「百衲本」とし、「温泉銘・晋祠銘　唐太宗（百衲本）」として発行することにいたしました。
